Dr. Debeka Bennett is a licensed psychologist, consultant, and founder of Hueman Connections. With expertise in mental health, outreach programming, organizational development, and psychological education, she is dedicated to helping individuals deepen their understanding of themselves, strengthen relationships, and create healthier, more connected communities.

 

Over the past 15 years, Dr. Bennett has partnered with schools, colleges, organizations, businesses, and community groups to design and facilitate engaging workshops, develop wellness initiatives, train leaders, provide organizational consultation, and create innovative resources that promote emotional well-being, strengthen communication, and foster meaningful human connection.

 

Dr. Bennett holds a PhD in Counseling Psychology, a Master’s degree in Family Therapy, an MBA in Strategy, Innovation, and Leadership, and a Bachelor of Science in Family and Child Sciences. Her unique blend of clinical, educational, and business experience allows her to bridge the gap between psychological insight and practical application.

 

Through Hueman Connections, she continues to equip individuals and organizations with practical strategies, engaging learning experiences, and transformative tools that inspire lasting personal, professional, and organizational growth.
